THE case of a Lisnarick man who is accused of selling fake Samsung, Apple, Oral B and Rayban products has been transferred to the Crown Court.
Glenn Samual Ewing (44) appeared at Enniskillen Magistrate's Court on Monday, April 22.
He is facing eight charges of selling fake goods on various dates between November 29, 2017 and May 19, 2022.
The alleged goods include Rayban sunglasses, Samsung 'AirPods', Apple products and Oral B health care items.
Standing in the dock, Ewing confirmed that he understood the charges before he him.
When asked if he wished to tender a written statement of evidence, Ewing replied "no".
District Judge, Alana McSorley, said there was "a prima facia case to answer".
Judge McSorley ordered that the case be transferred to Dungannon Crown Court, where it will be heard again on May 28.
