NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
Applications are invited from Contractors who are registered with Constructionline and who wish to be considered for inclusion on a select list of Contractors (who will be required to act as Principal Contractor under the CDM Regulations) to be invited to tender for the following project: Construction of New Petrol Forecourt and
Extension of Existing Supermarket Estimated Construction Value £ 1.25 million Contractors must provide the following information:
1 Constructionline Registration Number and copy of Certificate

2 Copy of ISO9001 & 14001 accreditation

3 Copy of Unique Tax Reference number (UTR) issued under the Inland Revenue Construction Industry Scheme

4 Evidence of Third Party Accreditation of their Health and Safety Management system

5 Details of Employers Liability Insurances (£10m minimum required); Public Liability Insurances (£10m minimum required)

6 Details of company management structure

7 Evidence of similar type projects in the region of £1 million -£3 million

Failure to supply the required information will result in the application not being considered. Written applications should be sent, in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Select List - Swifts Lisnaskea to Clarman & Co, Unit 1, 33 Dungannon Road, Coalisland, BT71 4HP. To arrive not later than 12.00 noon on Friday 5th February 2016
