NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE TRANSFER OF A LICENCE
Petty Sessions District of Enniskillen
County Court Division of Fermanagh & Tyrone
TAKE NOTICE that I, Ursula Britton of 34 Upper Drumcose Road, Enniskillen in the County of Fermanagh intend at the Magistrates' Court Sitting at Enniskillen on Monday the 7th day of March 2016 at 10.00am to apply for the transfer to me of the Licence at present held by Alan McNutt of 55 Scaffog Avenue, Enniskillen, County Fermanagh for the premises situate at and known as "The Three Way Inn", Sligo Road, Enniskillen, County Fermanagh being the premises of the following kind according to the Licensing (Northern Ireland) Order 1996, namely premises specified in Article 5(1)(a) being premises in which the business carried on under the licence is the business of selling intoxicating liquor by retail for consumption either in or off the premises.
A Protection Order authorising Ursula Britton of 34 Upper Drumcose Road, Enniskillen in the County of Fermanagh to carry on the business under the licence was granted on the 9th day of September 2015 by the Magistrates' Court sitting at Enniskillen Courthouse for the period of 6 months from the date of the Order.
I am the owner of the business carried on under the Licence.
The owners of the premises are Alan McNutt & Gerard Farmer.
The Licence will be deposited with the Clerk of Petty Sessions before or at the hearing of the application.
FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that any person owning or residing or carrying on business in the vicinity of the premises for which the Transfer of Licence is sought who intends to object to the transfer of such Licence must in accordance with Schedule 5 of the Licensing Order serve notice of the intention to object upon the Applicant and the Clerk of Petty Sessions, The Courthouse, Enniskillen not less than one week before 7th day of March
2016.
