LOCAL GOVERNMENT (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) (NI) (ORDER) 1985
I hereby give notice that application dated 04 March 2016 has been made Under Article 3 and Schedule 1 of the above Order for the grant of an Entertainment Licence permitting any public musical entertainment which is held wholly or mainly in the open air and on private land at Hill of The O'Neill, 26 Market Square, Dungannon, BT70 1AB.
Representations in relation to the application may be made to Mid Ulster District Council, by giving notice to the Council, stating in general terms the nature of the representation, not later than 28 days after the date of the application.
