As a supporter of Tourism Nl's "Year of Food & Drink 2016", Fermanagh and Omagh District Council is planning some food activity to complement Omagh's Mid-Summer Carnival "A Taste of Summer" on Saturday 18 June 2016.
Expressions of interest are sought from suitably certified food businesses willing to offer dairy-related food products on OASIS Plaza llam-5pm, Saturday 18 June 2016. Based on the theme "A Taste of Summer" products such as milk shakes, ice cream, frozen yoghurt, pancakes/crepes, etc. will be considered.
