Mid Ulster District Council Local Development Plan Timetable
The Planning (Local Development Plan)Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015 (Regulation 8)
In accordance with Regulation 8ofthe Planning (Local Development Plan) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015 Mid Ulster District Council wish to announce the publication of the Timetable for the preparation of the Mid Ulster District Council Local Development Plan (LDP). The Timetable was agreed by the Department on the 6th May 2016.

The Timetable sets out Mid Ulster District Council's programme for the production of its local development plan (LDP) and includes details of the key stages in process.
Prior to the agreement of the Timetable the Council has been developing it's evidence base in order to establish the social, economic and environmental characteristics of the plan area to enable the Council to determine the issues which need to be addressed and the options for addressing them.
