FOR THE TRANSFER OF A LICENCE

TAKE NOTICE that I DARREN MCMANUS of Tobradan, Boho, Enniskillen, County Fermanagh intend at the Magistrates Court sitting at Enniskillen on 7^th September 2016 at 10.30 am to apply for the transfer to me of a licence at present held by Barry McGovern of Mountview, Letterbreen, County Fermanagh, BT74 9FG, for the premises at The Well Bar, Railway Road, Belcoo, County Fermanagh being premises of the following kind according to the Licensing (Northern Ireland) Order 1996, namely premises specified in Article:-
5(1) (a) premises in which the
business carried on under the licence is the business of selling intoxicating liquor by retail for consumption either in or off the premises.
A Protection Order authorising Darren McManus to carry on the business under the licence was granted on the 20^th July 2016 by he Magis ra es Cour si ing a Enniskillen on 20^th July 2016 for the period of 6 months from the date of the Order.
The owner of the premises is Barry McGovern.
The licence will be deposited with the Clerk of Petty Sessions before or at the hearing of the application.
