LOCAL GOVERNMENT (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) (Nl) ORDER 1985 ARTICLE 3 and SCHEDULE 1
APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF AN ENTERTAINMENTS LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that I, Kieran McCrory, Head of Tourism and Economic Development have made application to Fermanagh & Omagh District Council for the grant of an Entertainment Licence, in accordance with the above Order, authorising the provision of the following Entertainment i.e.: - Festival Lough Erne on 24 and 25 September 2016 at Enniskillen Castle, Enniskillen.
Any person wishing to make any representation in relation to this application shall give notice to the Council, stating in general terms the nature of the representation, no later than 28 days after the date of application.
