Notice of application for the Transfer of a Licence
Petty Sessions District of Fermanagh
County Court Division of Fermanagh & Tyrone
TAKE NOTICE that I Bernadette Cunningham of 21 Hillfoot Road, Ballinamullan, Omagh, County Tyrone, intend at the Magistrates' Court sitting at Enniskillen on the 26th day of September 2016 at 10.00 am to apply for the transfer to me of a licence at present held byMarion Shannon of11 Mill Street, Irvinestown, County Fermanagh for the premises at Mallard Bar, Main Street, Ballinamallard, County Fermanagh being premises of the following kind according to the Licensing (Northern Ireland) Order 1996, namely premises specified in Article:-
5(1) (a) premises in which the business carried on under the licence is the business of selling intoxicating liquor by retail for consumption either in or off the premises.
A Protection Order authorising Bernadette Cunningham to carry on the business under the Licence was granted on the 3rd day of August 2016 by the Magistrates' Court sitting at Enniskillen for a period of two months from the date of the Order.
I am the owner of the business carried on under the licence.
The owner of the premises is KMPC Estates Ltd having its registered office c/o McElholm & Co, 28 Gortin Road, Omagh, County Tyrone.
The licence will be deposited with the clerk of petty sessions before or at the hearing of the application.
