PUBLIC NOTICE APPLICATION FOR ENTERTAINMENT LICENCE LOCAL GOVERNMENT (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1985
I hereby give notice that the application dated 9 September 2016 has been made Under Article 3 and Schedule 1 of the above Order for the renewal of an Entertainments Licence permitting Theatrical performance, dancing, singing or any other entertainment of a like kind. Public contest, match, exhibition or display of boxing, wrestling, judo, karate etc. at Ranfurly House Arts and Visitors Centre, 26 Market Square, Dungannon, BT70 1AB.
Representations in relation to the application may be made to Mid Ulster District Council, by giving notice to the Council, stating in general terms the nature of the representation, not later than 28 days after the date of the application.
