Publication Of Preferred Options Paper
The Planning Act (Northern Ireland) 2011, Part 2
Notice is hereby given that Fermanagh and Omagh District Council will publish a Preferred Options Paper for its Local Development Plan.
The Preferred Options Paper sets out the key planning issues for the District to2030, identifies a range of options to address them and defines the Council's preferred options. The Council will publish the Preferred Options Paper on 3rd October 2016 for consultation. The Preferred Options Paper will be accompanied by a Sustainability Appraisal Interim Report
Both documents will be available for inspection from 9.30am - 4.30pm in the Council Offices at: The Grange, Mountjoy Road, Lisnamallard, Omagh; Townhall, 2 Townhall Street, Enniskillen; County Buildings, 15 East Bridge Street, Enniskillen; and Public Services Centre, 16 High Street, Omagh.
The documents may also be viewed on the council's website www.fermanaghomagh.com. Copies can be obtained by writing to the address below, or by email from: planning@fermanaghomagh.com or telephoning0300 303 1777. It can also be made available in different formats upon request
Individuals and interested parties are invited to examine the options and anyone wishing to comment may do so in writing to the address below: The Local Development Plan Team, The Grange, Mountjoy Road, Lisnamallard, Omagh, Co Tyrone.
All comments should be received no later than 5.00pm on 28th November 2016
