Notice of Intention to make a Vesting Order
Road Improvements at A509 Derrylin Road, Derryhawlagh, Co Fermanagh
The Department for Infrastructure proposes to make an order vesting certain lands at A509 Derrylin Road, Derryhawlagh, Co Fermanagh in the Department under the Local Government Act (Northern Ireland) 1972 and The Roads (Northern Ireland) Order 1993.
The Department proposes to acquire the lands for the construction of carriageway widening at A509 Derrylin Road, Derryhawlagh, Co Fermanagh. A map of the lands may be inspected at all reasonable hours at the Department's TransportNl offices-Western Division, County Hall, Drumragh Avenue, Omagh. BT79 7AF or at the offices of Castle Barracks, Wellington Place, Enniskillen, Co Fermanagh, BT74 7HN.
Anyone who wishes to object to the proposed vesting order being made must write to the Divisional Manager, Department for Infrastructure, TransportNl -Western Division, County Hall, Drumragh Avenue, Omagh, BT79 7AF before 5th December 2016 giving their reasons.
