DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION PQQ EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST NOTICE TO BUILDING CONTRACTORS
The Board of Governors of St Michaels College Grammar School, Enniskillen invites applications for a Pre-qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) from suitably experienced contractors who would be interested in having their names considered for a Select Tender List for:
St Michaels College, Enniskillen, Co Fermanagh:
New floodlit 3G football pitch, running track, and construction of new changing rooms, together with access road, parking and attendant site works
The Contract will be the NEC3 Engineering & Construction. Short Contract
The estimated cost of the work is - £1,000,000.00 ex VAT
Interested Contractors can apply for a set of Pre-qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) documents by email to admin@keysandmonaghan.com
Contractors short listed through the PQQ process will be invited to tender and will receive an "Invitation to Tender" (ITT) package.
Requests for PQQ documents to be received NO LATER THAN 3pm on 22nd September 2016
The PQQ must be returned NO LATER THAN - 3pm on 13th October 2016
An electronic version of the PQQ documents shall be forwarded upon receipt of email from Interested Contractors.
