Delays due to road closures for a demonstration from 12 noon on Roads between Parliament Square (Central London) and the Us Embassy (Nine elms). Congestion to Chelsea Bridge Rd and Chelsea Bridge, Wandsworth Road and Nine Elms Lane. The group is now at Whitehall waiting for more people to join .They will use Millbank to get to Vauxhall bridge, cross the bridge and then continue on Nine Elms Lane towards the US Embassy to finish. Road closures are now in place across the route.
