Mc MEEKIN Ernest (Ernie) 16th March 1928 - 27th September 2018 The family of the late Ernest Mc Meekin, Tieranhinch, Clones, Co Monaghan, wish to express their sincere thanks to all who supported us in our recent sad loss. Our thanks to the friends and neighbours who called at the family home, attended the funeral, telephoned, sent sympathy cards and donated so generously in lieu of flowers. Special thanks to all the carers who diligently attended Ernest at home and assisted in his care. Thanks to the Rev Roy Taylor for conducting a warm and sincere funeral service and his spiritual guidance and pastoral care throughout. To Mr David Conly Funeral Director, Ballybay, Co Monaghan who provided a professional and personal service. A very special thanks to all the nursing and medical staff who provided care on numerous occasions. To the organist Mrs Hannah Anderson and the Rector of the Presbyterian Church, Clones for permitting the funeral service to be held there due to ongoing repairs to St. Tighernach Parish Church. It is impossible to thank so many people individually and we trust this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as an expression of our sincere gratitude and appreciation.
