SWEENEY Louisa The Husband of the late Louisa would like to thank all who attended to his Wife at the scene of her car accident. To NI Fire Brigade, Police and a very special thanks to the crew of the Air Ambulance. To all the nursing staff in Ward I.C.U and Ward 4D of the Royal Victoria Hospital, Belfast, to Geraldine Crozier for taking me to see Louisa once a week. A special word of thanks to Rev Paul Thompson for his prayers and to Austen Stinson for his professional and caring funeral arrangements and to gravediggers. A very special word of thanks to Molly's, Irvinestown for food of sandwiches and the lovely stew after the funeral. To all who phoned, called and sent cards. A sincere thank you to all.
