Mc GOVERN Anna Gorgesh, Kinawley 14th February 2021 The family of the late Anna McGovern, a much loved Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Sister and Aunt would like to express their sincere gratitude and appreciation to all those who sympathised with us in our recent sad bereavement, those who telephoned us, sent text messages, sent Mass cards, sympathy cards and letters and posted messages of condolences on RIP.ie, funeral times, Nothernsound.ie and on social media . We thank those that sent wreaths, flowers or made donations in lieu. We are grateful to the large number of people who in accordance with the Covid regulations lined the route as we brought Mum home and to all those that lined the route from Gorgesh to Kinawley on the morning of the Funeral which was a great source of comfort to us. Thank you to the people that attended the Funeral Mass, those that provided guards of honour and those who watched via the webcam. A special word of thanks to those who travelled from Liverpool, Belfast and further afield to be with us at this difficult time. A very special word of thanks to the Healthcare Professionals who cared for Mum during her brief illness, especially the Drs and Nurses of the South West Acute Hospital and Dr McBrien. We thank Fr McMorrow for celebrating Mum's Funeral and for his prayers and words of comfort prior to and during the Funeral Mass and Brenda Hicks for her beautiful singing. We are grateful to Pat and Len of Patrick Blake Funeral Directors for coordinating the Funeral arrangements with such professionalism and dignity and to those who prepared Mum's grave. We are grateful to neighbours, friends and the Tully Mill for preparing beautiful food for the family during this time. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our appreciation. Mum's Month's Mind Mass will celebrated on Saturday 13th March 2021 @ 11am at St Naile's Church, Kinawley and will be available to watch via the webcam.
