COULTER Margaret (June) We the family of the late Margaret Coulter (June) who passed away on 27th March 2021 at the South West Acute Hospital send our heartfelt thanks to all those who sympathised with us by phoning, sending cards, text messages, donations in lieu of flowers or through social media at this sad time was greatly appreciated. A special word of thanks to Doctor's Boyd and Elliott, to the nurses and to Sharon, mum's District Nurse and all staff of Valley Medical Practice, Fivemiletown for their care over the years prior to Mum going into hospital on Mother's Day. To the ambulance crew, the A&E Staff and Ward 1 for their care and attention over the next couple of days before being moved on to the Stroke Unit in Ward 5 where she remained until her death. We really would like to say a big thank you to everybody involved with Mum's care, including the palliative care team during her time in hospital, to Louise, Katie and their staff in Ward 5 could not have been more attentive to Mum during this time, their care and compassion on the day of Mum's passing was very thoughtful and comforting to us all. We'd like to thank family, friends and neighbours who stood out as per Covid 19 regulations to pay their respects as the funeral cortége passed by on it's way to Mum's final resting place. Thanks also to Precentor Hanlon who conducted the funeral service and the committal afterwards. To Judith the organist with her beautiful singing voice, to the gravediggers and to Austen Stinson and his team from W T Morrison Funeral Directors for the sensitive and dignified manner in carrying out our arrangements for Mum's funeral and for all his help and guidance to us during this sad time. Finally as it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, Gladys, Ivan, Eileen, Clare and Carol and their families trust this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our appreciation and heartfelt gratitude.
