EMERSON Ruth The husband and family of the late Ruth Emerson called home 4th May, 2022 wish to express their sincere appreciation to all those who sympathised with them in their recent bereavement. To all the friends and neighbours who sent sympathy cards, phoned, left messages via social media, and to those who attended the funeral service at the house and graveyard and lined the funeral route to the graveyard. It was very much appreciated. Special thank you to Mrs Florrie Wiggins and Mrs Doreen Irwin, their excellent care and support for Mum was invaluable and will never be forgotten. Thanks to Mrs Valerie Armstrong, Fiona and all the staff of Armstrong's Pharmacy for their help over the years. Thanks to social worker, Mrs Heather Bothwell, district nurses and Dr McManus. To all the medical staff, former work colleagues and palliative care team at ward 3 SWAH for their care and attention shown to Mum. To those who visited Mum with pastoral care in hospital, thank you. Thanks to Mr Gary Woods and Mr Stephen Gillfillan who officiated at the house and graveside. Special thanks to Undertaker Mr Marcus Madill for his dignified and professional manner and to the gravedigger Mr W Graham. As it is impossible to thank everyone individually we hope that you can accept this acknowledgement as a token of our gratitude and appreciation.
