MARY MC CAFFREY
McCAFFREY Mary (nee Treacy) 20th October 2023 Mary's daughters Maura (Bailie) and Claire (McArdle) and brother Eamon (Treacy) wish to express their heartfelt gratitude for all the many expressions of sympathy and kindness shown to them following the death of Mary. We offer sincere thanks to our extended family, friends, neighbours and wider community, including those from the Garrison / Cashel area, and especially to all those who travelled long distances to be with us. All the messages, letters, texts of sympathy, telephone calls, flowers and Mass Cards have been appreciated more than we can ever express. A huge thanks to those who visited the house and attended the Funeral Mass, especially Mary's friends and former colleagues from St Teresa's Primary School. Thanks to the Staff of Graan Abbey Care Home and Ward 8 (SWAH) for their outstanding care, attention and kindness to both Mary and her family during the last few months and days of her life. We acknowledge in a special way Mary & Seamus Doris, Bridie Goodwin and Angela McAuley for their life long friendship and in particular their attention to Mary over the last few years. Sincere thanks to Fr Raymond Donnelly, Fr Charles Cross, C.P. (The Graan) and Fr Brendan McCarrick, S.A.C. (Detroit), for their friendship and spiritual guidance to Mary over the last number of years. We extend our heartfelt thanks to Monsignor Peter O'Reilly P.P. and Fr Charles Cross for con-celebrating the beautiful and moving Funeral Mass. Thanks also to soloist Sharon Kelly whose beautiful singing enhanced the liturgy. To the Funeral Directors, Mary and Paul Keenan, our gratitude for the compassionate and dignified way in which they managed Mary's funeral arrangements. Thanks also to the grave diggers at Cross Cemetery. As it would be impossible to thank everybody individually we hope that this acknowledgement will be accepted as an expression of our deep gratitude and sincere appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for all your intentions. Mary's Months Mind Mass will be celebrated in St Michael's Church, Enniskillen, on Saturday 25th November at 6pm.
