STRONGE William (Bill) M.B.E. 30th March 2024 The Wife and family of the late William (Bill) Stronge would like to express their deep appreciation and heartfelt thanks to all those who sympathised and offered support following the loss of a devoted and much loved husband, father, father-in-law, grandad, great grandfather, brother, brother-in-law and uncle. Thank you to those who called at the Wake, assisted in the house, gifted refreshments, attended the Funeral, sent messages of condolence and provided emotional and practical support at a very sad time for our family. As a family we would like to thank the wonderful Staff of Gillbrooke Nursing Home for their care and devotion to Bill over the past year. We would like to express our deep appreciation to Rev. Canon Maurice Armstrong for his pastoral support over the years and for conducting a very meaningful Funeral Service. A special thank you to Mr Ian McCutcheon & Son of W T Morrison Funeral Directors for the professional and dignified manner in which the Funeral arrangements were carried out. We also extend our appreciation to those who prepared the Church, prepared the Grave, the Organist and to Saddlers for catering the Funeral Tea. We would also like to thank the Royal British Legion, Clogher Valley Rugby Club, the Ambulance Service, South West Acute Hospital, PSNI, Old Comrades from the Royal Inniskilling Fusiliers, UDR/Royal Irish for the guard of honour. As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our heartfelt appreciation.
