Mc PHILLIPS Elizabeth (Lily) (nee Boyle) Lisbellaw, Co Fermanagh 7th June 2024 The family of the late Elizabeth (Lily) McPhillips, RIP wish to express our sincere gratitude to all those who sympathised and offered condolences during our recent sad bereavement. Thank you most sincerely to those who attended the wake and funeral, brought mass and sympathy cards, telephoned or placed messages of condolence via social media. To those who provided food and helped in the family home we are most grateful, your kindness will not be forgotten. Thank you to our kind neighbours and friends who lined the funeral route on Lily's final journey. Special thanks to the residents and staff of Gortacharn Nursing Home, the family wish to express our heartfelt thanks for the friendship, care and kindness shown to Lily during her time there. Thanks also to the many people who looked after Lily's medical needs so well over the years including the staff of Tempo and Brookeborough Surgery. We would like to sincerely thank Canon Jimmy McPhillips and Fr John Chester, we deeply appreciate your support. We would especially like to thank Fr Raymond Donnelly for celebrating the meaningful funeral liturgy and for the comforting words and prayers at this difficult time. A grateful thanks to the Church volunteers and those involved in Church ministry. Thank you to Ciaran and Samantha for the beautiful music and singing in the Chapel and to all those who participated in the Requiem Mass. To Tattygar Primary School, a sincere thank you for your guard of honour outside the Chapel, your thoughtful gesture was greatly appreciated. We are most grateful to funeral directors, Swift and McCaffrey for your supportive guidance and the professional, dignified and respectful way in which the funeral arrangements were carried out. Thank you also to the grave diggers for preparing Lily's final resting place and to the staff of McCagues, Roslea for providing and serving the refreshments following the funeral. As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our gratitude and appreciation. Lily's Months Mind Mass will take place in St Mary's Church, Lisbellaw on Sunday 7th July at 9.30 am. May Lily's gentle soul rest in peace.
