THOMPSON Myrtle Passed away peacefully at SWAH, on 22nd March 2024 Surrounded by her loving family. Wife of the late William (Jack), loving mother of Amanda (Raymond) and Jacqueline (Stephen), grandmother of Luke, Savannah, Karrie, Simon, Nadine, Dylan and great grandmother of Faye. "Mum, I hold you close within my heart and there you will remain, to walk with me throughout my life, until we meet again." Your loving daughter Amanda and Raymond. ________ "God looked around his garden and found an empty space. Then He looked down upon this earth and saw your tired face. He put his arms around you and lifted you to rest. God's garden must be beautiful, He only takes the best." In tears we saw you sinking, we watched you fade away. Our hearts were almost broken, you fought so hard to stay. But when we saw you sleeping so peacefully, free from pain, We should not wish you back to suffer that again. So treasure her, Lord in your garden of rest. For here on earth she was the best."
