CARLETON Philip Anthony Patrick, died suddenly on the 4th May, 2024. Dearly loved husband of Pearl, dear father of Sonya (Graham), Gillian (Tim), Dwayne (Dervla) and the late Darryl and beloved grandfather. Sadly missed every day. "You never said I'm leaving, You never said goodbye, You were gone before we knew it, And only God knew why. It broke our hearts to lose you, But you didn't go alone, For a part of us went with you, The day God called you Home".
