Ballinamallard United are gearing up both on and off the field for life in the top flight of Northern Irish football. With the fixtures for the new IFA Premiership season now released, their achievements in gaining promotion is beginning to sink in for everybody at the club.
The will start the season with a home game against Dungannon Swifts on August 11, while Glentoran will be the visitors to Ferney Park on Tuesday night, September 4. And Whitey Anderson's side will travel to Windsor Park to take on champions Linfield on October 6.
Work on the new stands at Ferney Park is well underway and chairman Desi Quinn tells impartialreporter.com that he is confident that all the necessary work will be complete in time for the side to start their campaign at home.
