A weather warning has been put in place by the Met Office for early tomorrow (January 7) as snowfall is expected in parts of Northern Ireland, including County Fermanagh, overnight.
The yellow weather warning for snow and ice is in place from midnight tonight (Wednesday, January 6) to 9am tomorrow morning (Thursday, January 7) with potentially 1-3cm of snow down to sea level and around 5cm or more over higher ground.
The Met Office are warning road users that the snow and ice could potentially lead to difficult travel conditions as some roads will likely be affected resulting in longer journey times.
They are advising people to beware of icy patches on some untreated roads, pavements and cycle paths which could result in injuries from slips and falls.
