WITH opportunities to perform being virtually non-existent these days, owing to Covid-19 regulations, Roadie TV are offering musicians the chance to show their talents through their latest online series, The Stable Sessions Vol. 2.
This follows the success of the first The Stable Sessions, recorded at The Stables bar in Fintona, which featured performances from musicians from across Northern Ireland, including Enniskillen singer-songwriter Conor Phillips, who was accompanied by fellow musician, Paul Corrigan.
This latest session features more local talent, with performances from Enniskillen natives, Sean Magee and Maria Cameron.
Sean McQuaid, of Roadie TV, said: “Sean Magee has performed a few times on Roadie TV over the years but it’s the first time he’s performed an original song, Island Town – a fun, light-hearted song that’s very catchy and relatable.
“Aine McGirr, Sean’s girlfriend, joined us as well for a bit of Irish Dancing. The two of them together have been entertaining over the past year with their livestreams on Friday nights. It’s what people need in these strange times!
“We also had Maria Cameron from Enniskillen, who performed for us with her sister, Antonia, and Oisin McManus on piano. They played an amazing cover of ‘With or Without You’, by U2. Both of these performances can be viewed on Roadie TV’s Facebook page and YouTube channel,” said Sean.
