A Fermanagh man is set to face trial in relation to a number of charges of sexual activity with a child.
The man who cannot be identified to protect the identity of the victim appeared at Enniskillen Magistrates Court on Monday, February 1.
The defendant faces two charges of rape of a child under 13 years of age, two charges of causing or inciting a child under 13 to engage in sexual activity, sexual assault of a child under 13 years of age and sexual activity by a non-adult with a child.
The prosecution told the court they believed there was a prima facie case to answer and District Judge Steven Keown was satisfied there was a case to answer.
The defendant spoke to say he did not wish to say anything in relation to the charges, call witnesses or give evidence at this time.
He is due to appear before Dungannon Crown Court on March 4.
