One of Fermanagh's oldest residents has been laid to rest this afternoon (Tuesday).
Charlotte 'Lottie' Johnston had celebrated her 105th birthday last November and was in her 106th year. She was buried today in her native Kilskeery following a private funeral due to Covid-19 regulations.
Born in Kilskeery. Lottie had been a resident at the Graan Abbey Care Home in Enniskillen for the past few years and had lived and worked in Enniskillen for many years.
Lottie was the oldest parishoner of Rossorry Parish Church and her eulogy was delivered by Canon Ian Ellis, her funeral service was conducted by Rev. Phillip Bryson.
She was predeceased by her husband William and is survived by her son Billy, daughter in law Sue, grandchildren Debbie and Rozi and great-grandchildren.
