An Enniskillen man is recovering in hospital in Dublin after being stabbed several times in a brutal attack.
Paul Smith, formerly of Queen Street in Enniskillen, is the manager of The Elphin Pub in Sutton, Dublin and was rushed to Beaumont Hospital following a knife attack at the premises on Wednesday afternoon last.
Mr. Smith remains in hospital but is expected to make a full recovery from the injuries he suffered.
A 33-year-old-man from Dublin has been remanded in custody after he appeared in court accused of attempted murder of Mr. Smith. The man is believed to be a former employee at the pub.
