ONE patient has been taken to hospital following a road traffic collision (RTC) involving three vehicles near Johnston Bridge on the Cornagrade Road, Enniskillen this afternoon (March 12).
The PSNI, Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service (NIFRS) and Northern Ireland Ambulance Service (NIAS) attended following a call around 2.30pm.
A NIAS spokesman said: "The NIAS received a 999 call at 2.32pm today [Friday, March 12] following reports of an RTC at Cornagrade Road, Enniskillen.
"NIAS despatched one emergency crew and one Rapid Response Paramedic to the scene.
"Following assessment and initial treatment at the scene, one patient has been taken to the South West Acute Hospital by ambulance."
A PSNI spokesman said: "We received a report shortly after 2.30pm of a three-vehicle RTC. There are not believed to be any serious injuries.
"Motorists are advised to avoid the area."
