TWO men accused of theft have been committed to the Crown Court.
Patrick McDonagh (34), of Sallys Wood, Irvinestown, and Michael James Maughan (30), of Main Street, Ballinamallard, appeared via video link from Maghaberry Prison in relation to the single charge of theft.
On August 20, 2019, McDonagh and Maughan are alleged to have stolen bank cards, a pair of trainers, medication, hi-vis vests, a vehicle handbook, a wheel brace and an MOT certificate.
District Judge Steven Keown said he was satisfied there was a case to answer.
Neither of the defendants objected to a preliminary enquiry and neither of them wanted to submit evidence or witnesses at the hearing in Enniskillen Magistrates Court on Monday.
The pair are due to appear again at Dungannon Crown Court on May 4.
