41 year old charged with driving with excess alcohol
A charge of driving with excess alcohol has been put to a forty-one-year-old man who appeared before Dungannon Magistrates Court.
Thomas John Breadon from Creevehill Road, Brookeborough is accused of committing the offence on February 21 in Fivemiletown.
An officer familiar with the facts of the case said the charge could be connected. A defence lawyer requested some time to consult fully with his client.
District Judge Michael Ranaghan agreed and listed the case for mention on April 7.
