Alan Martin Harte (32), of Camphill Park, Newtownbutler, is facing charges of driving with excess alcohol in breath, possession of a Class B drug, dangerous driving, driving while disqualified and using a motor vehicle without insurance.
The charges relate to an incident on the Benburb Road, Moy, County Tyrone on Sunday, March 27 during which a police vehicle was damaged and a police officer was injured.

There was no application for bail made and the case was adjourned until April 21 at Dungannon Court.
