Detectives from the Terrorism Investigation Unit are conducting searches in Irvinestown this morning (Tuesday) as part of an ongoing operation into the activities of the Continuity IRA (CIRA).
There are also searches being carried out in North Lurgan and Castlederg.
Since January, CIRA have claimed responsibility for security alerts at Wattlebridge and Enniskillen.
They claimed to have fired at a police helicopter at Wattlebridge and Enniskillen Police Station with "high veolcity rounds".
A crude "potentially viable" device was discovered during searches of the Riverside area of Enniskillen close to the police station.
