Enniskillen man Tom Wilkin recently completed a fitness challenge to raise money for The Samaritans.
Tom raised £750 for the charity by doing a '4 x 4 x 48' challenge. To do this challenge you must run four miles every four hours for 48 hours thereby running a total of 48 miles in 48 hours.
Tom said: "The 4 x 4 x 48 challenge was set by David Goggins, a man I follow very closely.
"As a Personal Trainer mental health is very important to me as much as physical health, which is why I decided to raise money for Samaritans.
"With the current circumstances mental health issues are on the rise so I'm glad I could do my bit to try and combat this ever prevalent issue that so many are secretly battling.
"I knew running 48 miles in two days with little to no sleep wouldn't be easy, therefore through the difficulty of the challenge I also wanted to show people that struggling doesn't last forever. Just keep going and don't be afraid to ask for help along the way and you can make it out the other side."
