AN ENNISKILLEN man has been returned for trial for a number of drug offences.
Ivan Johnston (35), with an address of Drumbeg, Enniskillen, appeared at Enniskillen Magistrates Court on Monday to face charges of being concerned in the supply of a Class-A drug, namely cocaine, and possession of a Class-B drug, namely cannabis.
He also faces a further charge of possessing criminal property.
All three charges relates to incidents which took place between August 1, 2018 and October 5, 2018.
A Public Prosecution Service representative told the court there was a case to answer, which District Judge Steven Keown agreed with.
The 35-year-old did not choose to give evidence or call witnesses on his behalf at Monday’s hearing.
The case was adjourned to be heard again at Dungannon Crown Court on May 18, and Johnston was released on £500 bail.
