Fermanagh and Omagh District Council area has recorded the second highest total number of positive cases in the last 24 hours with 11.
Only Mid Ulster (12) has more while Derry City and Strabane and Belfast also recorded 11.
It brings the total number of positive cases locally to 5,876 while across Northern Ireland the total is 119,559 following 88 new cases in the last 24 hours.
There was one further death in Northern Ireland bringing the total to 2,141 while Fermanagh and Omagh's death toll remains unchanged at 85.
Fermanagh and Omagh was the least affected area for rate per 100,000 people for many weeks but now is forth on the list of most affected local government districts behind Derry City and Strabane, Mid Ulster and Newry, Mourne and Down.
The seven-day rate per 100,000 people in the district stands at 44.5 with 52 positive cases within the last week.
Out of those, 30 were aged 19 and under; 12 were between the ages of 20 and 39; five were between 40 and 59; three were aged between 60 and 79 and two were aged over 80.
From April 12-18 postal districts in Fermanagh recorded six new cases. The BT93 area recorded zero new cases; BT74 three; BT94 one, and BT92 two.
In South West Acute Hospital (SWAH), there were 11 Covid-19 inpatients, two more than Thursday's update. There is currently one Covid-19 patient in ICU at the hospital.
As of April 23, there were four confirmed Covid-19 outbreaks in care homes across NI.
