A 49-YEAR-OLD man has pleaded guilty to a number of theft charges.
Jarostaw Olesiak, with an address of Drumlin Court, Enniskillen, faces three charges of theft and one charge each of going equipped for theft and fraud by false representation.
All the charges relate to incidents on March 7, 13 and 14 of this year.
On March 7 and 13, Olesiak is alleged to have stolen two bottles of whiskey, valued at £90, from Asda.
On March 14, he is alleged to have stolen three bottles of whiskey valued at £135, having a pair of pliers to use in connection with a theft, and changing price labels on items in Asda.
A pre-sentence report was ordered for the 49-year-old, who will appear again at Enniskillen Magistrates Court on June 1 for sentencing.
