There has been speculation this afternoon (Wednesday) that a Canadian coffee chain will be coming to Enniskillen if planning permission goes ahead for the proposed Lakeland Retail Park.
Lakeland Retail Park developers Elm Grange Company posted on Facebook and said: "Tim Hortons, the iconic Canadian coffee chain, has agreed to open a new drive-thru restaurant at the proposed Lakelands Retail Park in Enniskillen.
"The new restaurant will create 40 jobs, a combination of full-time and part-time opportunities. The roles will be a mix of shift managers, who hold the teams together, motivate and lead by example, and team members who will make guests feel welcome and serve the famous coffee and donuts the brand is known for."
Elm Grange are currently seeking planning permission to build their proposed new retail park at the site of the former Unipork factory.
