A MAN has been charged for driving with no insurance and driving whilst disqualified..
At Enniskillen Magistrates Court on Monday, a PSNI officer confirmed they were able to connect charges to Arek Nowicki (40), of Church Street, Enniskillen.
It is alleged that Nowicki drove a Kia Sportage on the Dublin Road, Enniskillen on April 12 whilst being banned from driving, and with no insurance policy in place.
District Judge Steven Keown adjourned the case until May 24.
