The popular kindness post box has been journeying around Fermanagh since it's conception a few months ago.
The postbox first began accepting post in late April as it journeyed around various locations in Fermanagh.
In May it had made it's way to the Enniskillen Model School who used the post box to create special letters and cards for residents of the County Care Home in Enniskillen.
Speaking on behalf of the Model School, teachers and organisers Janice Murray and Laura Courtney said: The pupils all made cards and wrote letters to the residents of the County Care Home and posted them in the visiting 'Kindness Post Box' which was situated in our school foyer last week. This project facilitated by Nuala O'Toole, is a programme which promotes intergenerational links between younger and older members of our community. It was an extra special occasion for one resident, who celebrated her 100th birthday and she received a special card made by some of our pupils.
"The residents of the County Care Home will receive the pupils' work and hopefully the cards and letters will brighten up their day."
The Kindness Postbox was originated in Fermanagh by Cavanaleck woman Nuala O'Toole alongside her team of Daniel O’Toole and Katie O’Neill.
Katie designed the colourful postbox which continues to venture around the County and hopes to continue to foster important relationships between the young and old in Fermanagh.
