A LISBELLAW man has entered guilty pleas to a raft of drug and driving offences.
Darryl William Kennedy (30), with an address of Old Mill Court, Lisbellaw, faces charges of dangerous driving, failing to stop for police, having no driving licence, using a motor vehicle without insurance, driving when unfit through drink/drugs, driving while disqualified and failing to provide a specimen.
He was also charged with three counts of possession of a Class-A drug, namely cocaine; possession of a Class-A drug with intent to supply; being concerned in the supply of a Class-A drug; possession of a Class-B drug, namely herbal cannabis; and two counts of possession of a Class-C drug, namely Pregabalin and Diazepam.
All 15 charges are in relation to an incident on December 5 last.
Kennedy appeared at Enniskillen Magistrates Court on Monday to enter his guilty plea. District Judge Steven Keown adjourned sentencing until July 28 for the completion of a pre-sentence report.
