A man has died following a road traffic collision in the early hours of Tuesday morning, June 29.

The incident, a one-vehicle road traffic collision, occurred on the Marble Arch Road, Florencecourt at around 3.45am and involved a grey coloured Volkswagen Golf.

The man was pronounced dead at the scene.

The road is closed and diversions are in place at the junctions of Swanlinbar Road and Bog Road.

Police are appealing to anyone who witnessed what occurred or who may have captured it on their dashcam to call us on 101 quoting reference number 204 of the 29/06/21.

Officers are still in attendance at the scene conducting enquiries and have advised motorists to avoid the area.
