A road traffic collision has led to the closure of the A4 road.
They also issued a warning over weather conditions.
The PSNI has advised motorists that the A4, between the Ballygawley Roundabout and Dungannon, is closed due to a road traffic collision.
A PSNI spokesperson said: "Heavy localised rain is making driving conditions difficult and affecting visibility. Please drive carefully and allow extra time for all journeys.
