A 37-year-old man has been arrested in the Enniskillen area on suspicion of a number of drug offences.
Detectives from the Police Service of Northern Ireland’s Criminal Investigation Branch arrested the man yesterday (Wednesday, July 7) as part of Operation Venetic on suspicion of a number of offences including being concerned in the supply of Class A controlled drug and conspiring to fraudulently import Class A controlled drug.
Detective Chief Inspector Hamilton said: “Detectives from Criminal Investigation Branch’s Organised Crime Unit continue to play their part in the UK's biggest law enforcement operation against serious and organised criminality.
“He has been taken to custody where he remains at this time.
