Police are appealing for information to establish the whereabouts of James Taggart (27), who is currently unlawfully at large after his licence was revoked.

Taggart is subject to notification requirements, as he was convicted of a sexual offence.
He is described as 5’7” tall; with a slim build (around 63.5 kg); having short, light-brown hair with a receding hairline; having a short, brown full beard and blue eyes. He speaks with a Fermanagh accent.

It is believed that Taggart has been seen recently in the Essex area, England, with a number of other connections across England, as well as connections to Fermanagh and other parts of Northern Ireland.

Police are appealing to anyone who has seen Taggart, or who knows of his whereabouts, to contact 101. They are also appealing directly to him to hand himself in.
