A MAN has been returned for trial on multiple drugs charges around the alleged supply of cocaine and cannabis.
Appearing for a committal hearing was Brendan Finnegan (29) from Kilmacormick Drive, Enniskillen, who is accused of two counts of offering to supply cocaine, and 11 of offering to supply cannabis.
There are also three counts of supplying cannabis.
Offending is alleged to have occurred on various dates between 2015 and 2016.
Finnegan confirmed he understood the charges and declined to call witnesses or give evidence on his own behalf at this stage in proceedings.
A lawyer appearing for prosecution told Enniskillen Magistrates Court on Monday there is a case to answer, which was agreed by Deputy District Judge Greg McCourt.
He remanded Finnegan on £500 bail and ordered him to appear before Dungannon Crown Court for arraignment in September.
