A CHARGE of driving after consuming excess alcohol shortly before Christmas is to be contested, Enniskillen Magistrates Court heard on Monday.
Charles McDonagh (19), from Coolcullen Mews, Enniskillen, is accused of committing the offence close to his home on December 19 last.
A defending solicitor entered a not guilty plea on his client’s behalf.
Deputy District Judge Greg McCourt listed the matter for hearing as a contest on August 10.
