REPRESENTATIONS have been made on behalf of a Tempo man accused of failing to comply with the conditions of a Firearm Certificate last year.
It is alleged Alex Cox (37), from Feddan Road, failed to keep a firearm secured in a locked cabinet at a specified address on November 30, 2020.
A defence solicitor informed Enniskillen Magistrates Court he had written to the prosecution and a response is due imminently.
Deputy District Judge Greg McCourt adjourned the case until August 2, when an update is expected on how the case is to proceed.
